3. Use the larger cups for larger areas of your face or body, such as your cheeks, forehead, arms or legs. Again, gently squeeze the cup to create suction and move it in circular motions over the area for 2-3 minutes.
   
   
   
4. Avoid using the cups on delicate areas of your face, such as directly under the eyes.
   
   
   
5. After you finish, gently massage any remaining facial oil or serum into your skin.
